Morgan County Fair Farm Olympics Waiver of Liability

FARM OLYMPICS
WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Each Farm Olympics team member MUST submit a signed Waiver of Liability.

RELEASE and WAIVER:

I know that participating in a "Farm Olympics" competition event is a potentially hazardous activity. I know that I should not enter such an event unless I am properly fit, trained, and medically able. I am aware of the risks of the "Farm Olympics" competition in heat, and I assume those risks. I am also aware of and assume any and all other risks, foreseen and unforeseen, including the affect of the weather, the condition of the arena, and the increased chance of injury due to activity of this nature.

Knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my entry to participate in the "Farm Olympics" competition, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and anyone else who may claim on my behalf, promise not to sue, and waive, release, and discharge Morgan County Fair, the Fair Board, all sponsors, and directors and officials helping with the "Farm Olympics" contest and anyone else acting on their behalf, from any and all claims or liability for death, personal injury, and property damage of every kind foreseen and unforeseen, arising out of or in the course of my participation in this event.

If I am under the age of eighteen, my parents or legal guardian consent to the above waiver of liability by affixing their signature below.
