Wherever and whenever possible the Morgan County Fair has worked diligently
to accommodate the needs of our vendors and organizations.
To insure this year's Fair is as successful as last year's please read the information below.

Location:

Berkeley Springs High School
John Street, off route 522 in Berkeley Springs, WV.

Fair hours:

Saturday, August 4, 2007 10:00 -  8:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 5, 2007 12:00 -  5:00 p.m.

Setup times:

Friday August 3th from 12:00 -  9:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 4th from 7:00 a.m. -  9:00 a.m.

Break down:

Sunday, August 5th after 6:00 p.m.

Check with the Morgan County Fair Information Station before setting up so that someone can direct you to your location.

• The Fair will open rain or shine!
• It is to your advantage to send in your application as soon as possible. Applications are accepted on an as-received basis.
• To reduce the possibility of similar activities coinciding at the same time, any fundraising activities conducted by your organization or group must be pre-approved by the MC Fair Board prior to May 15, 2007.
• Refunds can only be approved by Laura Smith, Morgan County Fair Board Treasurer. No refunds if notified after July 1, 2007.
• Vendors are required to remain open throughout the hours of the Fair.
• All vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area before 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 4th.
• Please do not bring vehicles into the booth area to tear down until after 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 5th to prevent disrupting other activities taking place on the grounds.
• Participants will be assigned booth spaces in a manner that benefits everyone.
• There will be on-site security personnel after hours on Friday, August 4th and Saturday, August 4th. Neither the Morgan County Fair Board, MC Board of Education, or Berkeley Springs High School will be liable for any theft, damage, or loss during the Fair.
• Please make sure your space is thoroughly cleared of any trash and that it is left as you found it up on your arrival. If you have items for disposal that cannot lawfully be placed in a trash can, it is your responsibility to dispose of them properly.
• Food vendors are required to have a current WV food vending permit available at all times.
• No smoking or alcohol permitted on school/Fair grounds.
